Currently we are all at work but we continue to experience many aftershocks so may have to leave the building at very short notice.
We do have a robust backup plan but as yet we have not had to put it in place (thankfully).
Our main focus at the moment is just getting the standard pays processed. We are not in a position to handle non-urgent queries and we ask that all non-essential calls and e-mails are kept to a minimum, or held over until next week when hopefully the aftershocks have reduced.
