There always seems to be a lot of confusion over whether Easter Sunday is a Public Holiday and what your employees are entitled to be paid. From 01 April 2010 any employees using a secondary tax code that expect their income from all sources to be less than $14,000 per year, can utilise the new tax code SB, this tax code deducts PAYE at a rate of 12.5%
