We often get asked if we can handle the Direct Credit arragements for our clients and the simple answer is yes.
We use a system provided by the ASB Bank who provide a fantastic service. You don’t need to be an ASB Bank customer in order to use their service.
How it works is that the ASB Bank sets up a Letter of Credit arrangement with your Bank and with this in place we send the ASB your DC file, they pay your staff and then Direct Debit the Gross Wages and Fees from your bank account.
If you are interested in doing this then it involves completing three forms and can take a few weeks to put in place.
