This depends largely on work load and when you send us the source information. When a new client starts with us we determine a suitable time frame. We have never missed a payroll deadline and our staff will do whatever is necessary to ensure that the pay always gets processed on time.

As a rule no as we have no way of guaranteeing that the person on the end of the phone is who they say they are. We work on the basis that the client nominates who corresponds with us and we only accept requests from these people.

You nominate who has access to your data. Each person nominated is given their own password for reports and our internal processes ensure that we will not provide confidential information to anyone who is not authorised to receive it.
